Off-Air Series again kicks off with the ever popular Chicago Chef Battle 2011 where five local chefs will be challenged to create a dish using one of Goose Island’s beers as an ingredient.

Over the eight-day Pledge Drive, WBEZ secured 9,198 donations (above a goal of 9,000), with total revenue of $1,121,381 (above a goal of $1 million).
